Checking your Timetable & Attendance

Student and Parents can check the timetable, mark history and daily attendance online via our Student Information System (SIS) You will need your date of birth and your student number (Not OEN). Schedules for the 2019/2020 are still be updated and revised. The system will be online by the end of day, Friday, August 30th. August Grade 9 Orientation Day

Grade 9 Orientation will be on Wednesday, August 28th from 11:00am to 1:00pm. Students will have an opportunity to meet their Loyola mentors and tour the school to find their scheduled rooms. In addition, students will be issued a Dudley combination lock on the day of their visit. They can attach it to their assigned locker. A pizza lunch will be provided. Used uniform collection and sale

For our Grade 12 students, we will begin our annual used uniform drive on Monday, June 17th. This will take place from 8:00 am – 9:00 am in the main atrium. This will continue on Tuesday, June 18th as well. We are asking student to bring in 3 or more uniform items which are in good shape and cleaned. For your donation of 3 useable uniform items, students will be issued a ‘civvies slip’ which will allow them to write their exams in appropriate civvies wear. Earn College credits in High School!

This summer students can earn college credits while in high school for free! Through the School College Work Initiative, school boards and colleges partner to offer Dual Credit Programs that allow senior high school students to simultaneously earn high school and college credits towards their Ontario Secondary School Diploma and a college diploma or Level 1 Apprenticeship Training. Earning Dual Credits allows students to get a head start on learning and training for their future careers while earning post-secondary experience at little or no cost. ABA Bonanza – June 14th

The Special Education Department is excited to announce the ABA for All Bonanza event running for one entire day in our school on Friday June 14, 2019.  This event will showcase what we do in education to support the use of ABA Methodology, highlighting the collaboration of multiple disciplines (Behaviour Analysts, Itinerants, Child and Youth Counselors, Speech Language Pathologists and Communication Disorder Assistants), and celebrating all the great things already happening in our Board. Grad Mass and Dinner/Dance

The closing school mass will take place on Tuesday, May 28 at approximately 10:00am in our school gym. During this mass our graduating class of 2019 will also be honoured. Parents are welcome to attend. They are requested to arrive early as there will be limited seating as we will need to accommodate the whole school. The grad dinner/dance will take place on May 23rd.
